Red Setter Wedding

Red Setter Wedding

We are so excited to share Michelle and Jesse’s highlight film!

Michelle and Jesse’s Red Setter wedding was definitely all of their dreams coming to life! They put so much thought and meaning behind every little detail. From their handmade wooden notebooks for their vows to their carved M + J ring box. They added such a personal touch to each event of their Red Setter wedding! Along with choosing the top 100 people in their life to be apart of their special day!

Ceremony

Their ceremony took place at the Red Setter in Greer, AZ. The Little Colorado River meanders through the private four-acre Red Setter grounds, studded with fragrant, towering Ponderosas. Jesse built a rose gold alter decorated with roses for the ceremony. We love all the effort they put in to make their ceremony perfect. And perfect it was!!

As the ceremony begun, Jesse’s father read a poem with marriage advice for Michelle and Jesse. Which then led to a big group ceremony selfie!! That’s right, the selfie stick was brought out during their ceremony and we loved every second of it!

During their vows, not only were Michelle and Jesse emotional but so were all of their guests! Jesse even tried to steal a kiss after reading his vows. Capturing sweet moments like that for them to hold onto forever is our favorite part of filming weddings!

Once they were pronounced, Mr. and Mrs. Stradling, Jesse finally got to kiss the bride!!

Reception

Michelle and Jesse’s reception took place right next to the river! Rustic tree branch centerpieces and tall wooden candles decorated each table. Along with filming their wedding we also took their couple/family photos as well!

After finishing their photos, the celebration begun! Michelle and Jesse took the dance floor for their first dance. Surprising all of their guests with an unforgettable choregraphed dance!

Instead of having a wedding cake, Michelle and Jesse chose to have an array of different pies. So they cut a piece of pie to feed to each other as the tradition usually goes. As Michelle fed Jesse a piece of pie, she also grabbed a handful of whipped cream and rubbed it all over his face! The whipped cream didn’t stop there because Jesse then ended up rubbing the side of his face onto Michelle’s. They both ended up getting a lot more whipped cream then they had bargained for!

We truly had a blast capturing Michelle and Jesse’s magical wedding day! The fun doesn’t stop there because we also had the privilege of doing a stylized location shoot with the newly weds the day after their wedding! We adventured through the surrounding woods of Show Low Lake in Show Low, AZ with a John boat! We captured beautiful shots of the couple rowing the boat on the water and stealing sweet kisses in the woods! Their Red Setter wedding is definitely one to remember! Congrats Michelle and Jesse!!
